Refund & Return Policy
Effective June 2026. How showroom orders, returns, and refunds work.
Scope
This policy covers materials and finishes ordered through the Crown Studio Design showroom in Casselberry, Florida. No payment is collected through this website; purchases happen in the showroom under a written order or invoice. If your order document states different terms, the order document controls.
Special orders and custom items
Most finish materials — cabinetry, countertops, special-order tile, flooring, fixtures cut or fabricated to measure — are ordered from the manufacturer specifically for your project. Special-order and custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is placed with the manufacturer, except for defects covered below.
Stock items
Unopened stock items in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery with the receipt. A restocking fee of up to 25 percent may apply. Opened boxes, partial quantities, clearance items, and installed material are not returnable.
Deposits
Order deposits are applied to the purchase. If you cancel before the order is placed with the manufacturer, the deposit is refunded in full. After the order is placed, the deposit covers our committed costs and is not refundable.
Defects and damage
Inspect material at pickup or delivery and report visible damage or shortages within 48 hours to info@crownstudio.one with photos. Manufacturing defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty — typically by replacement of the defective material. Color and texture variation within the manufacturer's stated tolerance is not a defect, especially for natural stone and wood.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Disputes
Contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved directly. Disputes are governed by Florida law in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
